The Chemical Engineering Branch at Government Polytechnic Sonebhadra is dedicated to providing quality technical education and practical training in the field of chemical processing and industrial operations. The branch focuses on developing students’ knowledge and skills in chemical processes, material and energy balance, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer, process equipment, industrial chemistry, process control, and environmental engineering. Through laboratory experiments, practical training, industrial exposure, and project-based learning, students develop hands-on skills in operating and understanding chemical processes and equipment. The branch emphasizes industrial safety, environmental protection, energy efficiency, quality control, and sustainable chemical processing. The branch aims to prepare skilled and industry-ready chemical engineering professionals for opportunities in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, fertilizer, cement, energy, environmental, and other process-based industries
